PROTOCOL

Quality Architecture

The 6-Stage
QC Protocol.

Inspection isn't just a final step. It is a continuous matrix applied at every critical juncture of the manufacturing lifecycle.

Traceability

Every dispatch is tracked using PO, article code, size, batch/lot reference, and carton number.

01

Incoming Material

Fabric identity, quantity, width, shade/lot, visible defects, trims and test documents are verified before entering production.

02

Pre-Production

Alignment of the approved sample, pattern/version, measurement chart, artwork, and machine operation plan.

03

Cutting Precision

Marker and lay control, shade segregation, component count, notches, and bundle identity validation.

04

Sewing & Stitching

Strict adherence to seam/stitch type, SPI (Stitches Per Inch), symmetry, reinforcement, and overall workmanship.

05

Finishing & Branding

Thread trimming, pressing, stain review, and exact measurement checks. Branding artwork, colour, dimensions, and adhesion integrity are finalised here.

Final Dispatch Release

Carton count, identification, destination mapping, size assortment, and approved release documentation.
